Creating your first report

1. Sign in to ParcelGrade.
2. Open report creation and enter a US property address, parcel number, or listing URL.
3. Confirm the asset type, strategy, capital structure, target returns, hold duration, and exit plan.
4. Submit. The research agent builds the report from live sources.
5. Open the finished report in the app, your RSS feed, or the optional email when it is ready.

You do not need to answer follow-up questions after you submit.
