Cancellation

You can cancel from the account cancellation page.

What happens

• Cancellation is confirmed on the page after you submit.
• Your access ends according to the confirmation you receive.
• Reports already generated remain available on the terms shown at cancel time.

If you only need to change plan level, use the upgrade request flow instead of canceling.
